Port-in is free for US and Canadian numbers. Your service stays live the whole way — the switch happens on a confirmed date you choose.
Submit your request
Enter the numbers you want to move and upload a recent bill from your current carrier. We validate the account details before anything is filed.
Sign the LOA
We generate a Letter of Authorisation prefilled from your bill. Sign it electronically in the portal — no printing, no fax.
We file with the carrier
NextIP submits the port and chases the losing carrier. You watch the status change in the portal and get notified of the FOC date.
Cutover
On the confirmed date the number switches to NextIP, usually within a few minutes. Configure routing beforehand so there is zero downtime.

Toll-free ports and complex multi-line accounts can take longer. We tell you the FOC date as soon as the carrier confirms it.
